Mary Beth Kyer, CPA CMA

Mary Beth is a seasoned executive and board member with over 20 years of experience in technology-enabled solutions and organizational transformations. She has held roles in and serviced clients within crown corporations and Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout her career, she has led projects in communications, program design, IT transformation, change management, and learning and development, working across various sectors including insurance and finance.

Mary Beth holds a Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation, a Finance degree, a Master's Diploma in Arts, Learning and Technology, as well as proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.

In her current board role as Treasurer, Festivals and Events Ontario, she leads the audit and finance committees, and oversees other governance-related projects.

She is currently a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and International Women’s Forum.
