Mr. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island and a Chartered Accountant designation which was acquired while employed with the Office of the Auditor General of Prince Edward Island. Mr. Bradley has also held public sector positions in the health administration area. In the private sector Mr. Bradley has held positions with a major accounting firm and a regulated electrical utility. He joined the office of the Attorney General of Prince Edward Island in 1995 as Deputy Superintendent of Insurance and was appointed Superintendent of Insurance in late 1999. As Superintendent, Mr. Bradley serves on the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators.
