Fiona Charbonneau is the Superintendent of Insurance and Director of Consumer Services for the Yukon Government. Her career with the public service began in 1977 and has public-sector experience in program management, health care insurance, workers compensation, regulatory matters, operations and corporate governance. From 1998 to 2007, she served on the Yukon Hospital Corporation Board holding the position of Vice-Chair for a majority of those years. She makes her home in Whitehorse, Yukon.
